Terms of Service between ConnectBooker (Google Hotel Connectivity Partner) and Hotelier

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ConnectBooker, a Google Hotel Connectivity Partner, and the Hotelier ("You" or "Your") who onboards (or has owner/access to email address and contact number) a property using an email address and contact number. By using ConnectBooker's services, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using ConnectBooker's services.

Service Description

ConnectBooker is a Google Hotel Connectivity Partner that assists Hoteliers in connecting their properties to the Google Hotel Direct Booking Service. ConnectBooker provides services that enable the Hotelier to manage and update their hotel listings, availability, pricing, and bookings on the Google platform.

Eligibility and Authorization

The Hotelier represents and warrants that they are the owner or authorized representative of the property and have the necessary authority to enter into and comply with this Agreement with ConnectBooker as a Google Hotel Connectivity Partner.

Account Information

To use ConnectBooker's services, the Hotelier must provide a valid email address and contact number during the property onboarding process. The Hotelier is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of this account information.

Responsibilities of ConnectBooker

a. Connectivity and Integration: ConnectBooker shall provide the necessary technical expertise and support to connect the Hotelier's property to the Google Hotel Direct Booking Service. This includes integrating the property's systems with Google's API, ensuring accurate data transmission, and facilitating the synchronization of information.
b. Listing Management: ConnectBooker shall assist the Hotelier in managing and updating the property's listing, including room availability, pricing, policies, and other relevant details, as per the Hotelier's instructions.
c. Support and Communication: ConnectBooker shall provide timely support and assistance to the Hotelier, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring effective communication throughout the process. d. Data Accuracy: ConnectBooker shall make reasonable efforts to assist the Hotel Owner during the onboarding process and provide guidance and support as needed. However, ConnectBooker does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the hotel's setup on the platform, as it relies on the information provided by the Hotelier.

Responsibilities of the Hotelier

a. Authorization and Cooperation: The Hotelier represents and warrants that they have the necessary authority to authorize ConnectBooker as their Google Hotel Connectivity Partner and that they will cooperate with ConnectBooker to enable the provision of services effectively.
b. Accurate Information: The Hotelier agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their property to ConnectBooker for the purpose of connecting and managing the property's listing on the Google Hotel Direct Booking Service.
c. Compliance with Policies: The Hotelier shall comply with the policies, guidelines, and requirements set forth by ConnectBooker and Google for the use of the Google Hotel Direct Booking Service. This includes adhering to content policies, data privacy regulations, and any other rules or restrictions communicated by ConnectBooker or Google.
d. Upon the hotelier resignation or termination or ownership change from the hotel, the current hotel management shall assume full responsibility for the continued use of ConnectBooker services and the associated hotel data. The hotel management acknowledges that they are solely liable for any actions, decisions, or transactions made using the ConnectBooker platform by their personnel after the Hotel Person's departure.
e. Hotelier acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the correct onboarding and setup of the hotel on the ConnectBooker platform. This includes, but is not limited to, providing accurate hotel information, room availability, rates, policies, and any other relevant data required for proper operation.
f. In the event that the Hotelier decides to reject a booking, the Hotelier shall promptly notify the guest of the rejection through the ConnectBooker platform or any other suitable communication channel available.

Data Accuracy and Liability

a.Hotelier agrees that all data provided during the onboarding process shall be accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Hotelier shall bear full liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or discrepancies in the provided data.
b.The Hotelier understands that the rejection of a booking may lead to losses or inconveniences for the guest. While ConnectBooker is not responsible for these losses, the Hotelier agrees to handle any guest compensation or refunds directly and assumes full liability for any losses incurred by the guest due to booking rejection.

Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: The Hotelier retains all rights, title, and interest in their property's intellectual property. By using ConnectBooker's services, the Hotelier grants ConnectBooker and Google a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the provided information and content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
b. Trademarks: The Hotelier grants ConnectBooker and Google the right to display the property's name, logo, and other trademarks associated with the property for the purpose of promoting the property on the Google Hotel Direct Booking Service.


Both ConnectBooker and the Hotelier shall treat any non-public information, data, or materials received from each other as confidential and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than as required to fulfill their respective obligations under this Agreement.


a)Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, ConnectBooker shall promptly cease all services related to the property and remove any Google-provided content from the property's listing.
b)ConnectBooker reserves the right to terminate or suspend the hotel's access to the ConnectBooker platform in the event of non-compliance with this Agreement, incorrect onboarding, or any other breach of terms.

Limitation of Liability

a. ConnectBooker's liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the Hotelier, if any, for the services rendered by ConnectBooker. ConnectBooker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
b. ConnectBooker shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the guest as a result of booking rejection by the Hotelier. ConnectBooker is not responsible for the actions or decisions of the Hotelier in accepting or rejecting bookings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising, legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ConnectBooker and the Hotelier regarding the use of ConnectBooker's services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.

By using ConnectBooker's services, the Hotelier acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms of Service outlined in this Agreement.
